Cancellation Policy

1. Application & Booking Process: all services (excluding Clarity Sessions) require an application prior to booking. This allows us to ensure alignment, intention, and the highest quality experience for each client. Clarity Sessions can be booked directly through the website. 2. Payments: all payments must be completed in full or according to an agreed payment plan prior to the service. For retreats and private experiences, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid before the start date. 3. Deposits & Refunds: all deposits are non-refundable. Due to the nature of high-touch and limited-capacity experiences, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a booking is confirmed. In exceptional cases, transfers to a future date may be considered at our discretion. 4. Rescheduling: clarity Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice. Retreats and mentorship programs cannot be rescheduled once confirmed, except in exceptional circumstances. 5. Cancellations: failure to attend a booked session or retreat without prior notice will result in full loss of payment. 6. Client Responsibility: by booking any service, you acknowledge full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Our services are designed for personal development and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. 7. Confidentiality: all personal information and shared experiences are treated with strict confidentiality. 8. Agreement: by submitting an application or completing a booking, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
