Refund Policy

LuxRituals maintains limited availability experiences, personalized preparation, and high-touch services. Because of this, all purchases are subject to the following policy

1. Retreat Deposits

Retreat deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Your reservation is not guaranteed until payment is received. 
 

2. Retreat Payments

Retreat balances may become fully non-refundable within a specified period before the retreat start date. If cancellation occurs, transfer requests to future retreats may be considered at LuxRituals’ discretion.

3. Private Mentorship Programs

Private mentorship services require energetic, operational, and scheduling commitment.  Because availability is limited, mentorship payments are generally non-refundable.

4. Digital Products

All digital products, downloadable materials, recordings, courses, and online purchases are final sale. No refunds are provided for digital access or partially completed programs.

5. Missed Sessions

Failure to attend scheduled sessions, calls, retreats, or experiences does not qualify for refunds. Rescheduling requests may be considered when possible.

6. Chargebacks

By purchasing services, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks. If a payment dispute occurs, LuxRituals reserves the right to suspend future participation or services.

7. Force Majeure

LuxRituals is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
 

  • weather events

  • natural disasters

  • travel interruptions

  • pandemics

  • emergencies

  • government restrictions

8. Participant Removal

LuxRituals reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or harmful to the retreat environment. Removal under these circumstances does not qualify for refunds.
