These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LuxRituals website, retreats, mentorships, sessions, educational materials, digital content, and related services. By accessing this website or participating in LuxRituals experiences, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering binding agreements.

3. No Guarantees

Individual experiences and outcomes vary. LuxRituals does not guarantee:
 

  • emotional outcomes

  • business or financial success

  • healing results

  • relationship outcomes

  • personal transformation results
     

Participation and results depend on many personal factors beyond our control.

4. Not Medical or Psychological Services

LuxRituals is not a medical practice, psychotherapy practice, or healthcare provider. Nothing offered through this website or services constitutes:
 

  • medical advice

  • psychological treatment

  • diagnosis

  • healthcare services
     

You should consult qualified licensed professionals regarding medical or mental health concerns.

5. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. By submitting payment, you authorize LuxRituals and its payment providers to process charges associated with your selected services. We reserve the right to refuse service, decline applications, or cancel bookings at our discretion.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases are subject to the LuxRituals Refund Policy. Certain services, deposits, retreats, mentorships, and digital products may be non-refundable. Failure to attend scheduled services does not guarantee refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, methodologies, teachings, recordings, graphics, written materials, retreat content, and educational resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of LuxRituals. No content may be copied, distributed, reproduced, republished, or commercially used without prior written consent.

8. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward facilitators, staff, venues, and other participants. We reserve the right to remove or deny participation to any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.

9. Assumption of Risk

Participation in retreats, mentorships, embodiment practices, movement exercises, emotional processing experiences, travel, outdoor activities, water activities, and wellness experiences involves inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation and well-being.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxRituals, its owners, facilitators, contractors, employees, affiliates, and venues shall not be liable for:
 

  • indirect damages

  • emotional distress

  • travel disruptions

  • injuries arising from participation

  • financial losses

  • consequential damages

  • personal decisions made following participation
     

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuxRituals from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
 

  • violation of these Terms

  • misuse of services

  • participant conduct

  • personal actions or decisions

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in Arkansas.

13. Changes to Terms

LuxRituals reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
